What Veeorè baby skincare products do I need?

Choosing the right skincare products for your baby depends on your their unique needs. As a starting point, our essentials include the All-In-Wonder Wash for gentle cleansing, Magical Moisturiser to lock in hydration, and Dream Barrier Cream to soothe and protect against diaper rash. Each product is crafted with sensitive skin in mind—soothing, moisturising, and free from harsh additives to support and protect delicate skin. 

Look for products specifically formulated for little ones, featuring:

  • Moisturising ingredients to keep skin soft
  • Gentle formulations to reduce sensitivity risk
  • Natural ingredients like aloe vera
  • Free from Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside, & Propylene glycol
  • Dermatologist-tested and paraben-free

For any new product, always perform a patch test, and consult a healthcare professional for special skin concerns. 

Why has Veeorè replaced water with aloe vera?

We choose aloe vera over water to keep our formulations focused on hydration and skin health. Aloe vera’s natural ability to bind moisture creates a soothing layer that helps protect delicate baby skin from dryness and irritation. By avoiding water as a filler, we ensure our products deliver gentle, targeted hydration with each use.

Why is paraben-free better for babies?

Babies’ developing systems benefit from gentle, simple care. Parabens are preservatives linked to potential hormone disruption, so paraben-free options are a safe choice to avoid unnecessary exposure.

Why are your products free from synthetic fragrances & essential oils?

Delicate skin is easily irritated by synthetic fragrances and essential oils. To keep your baby’s skincare safe, our products exclude these potential irritants, prioritising natural, gentle care that protects sensitive skin.

Can toddlers & adults use Veeorè products too?

Absolutely! Veeoré products are crafted for baby skin making them suitable for the whole family. From our two-in-one wash to our body moisturiser, you can share in the soothing benefits of Veeoré. And while you probably won’t be borrowing your baby’s nappy cream, it does work wonders as a healing balm for bug bites and flaky skin.

Delivery & Shipping

What are the rates within Australia?

We offer standard shipping for $9.95 and express shipping for $12.95. Plus, enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $80 and free express shipping on orders over $120.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time that you place your order for your order to be dispatched. 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your order will be subject to the estimated delivery times set out below. 

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays, the months of November and December and promotional sale periods) there may be a delay in the dispatch times and/or the estimated delivery times. 

Standard shipping 

If you have ordered with standard shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 10 business days after it has been dispatched. 

Express shipping 

If you have ordered with express shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days after it has been dispatched. 

Please note that the delivery times of our third party courier service provider set out above are estimates only. They may be impacted, from time to time, due to increased volumes with the carrier’s delivery network and any such delays in the delivery of your order are outside of our control. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Please allow 1 -2 business days from time of order for your order to be dispatched. Please note, during Public Holiday and peak sale times, there may be a slight delay in dispatch times.

When will I receive my tracking?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order within 1-2 business days from the time of order. 

Once your items have been packaged and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a further email containing the tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery via the Australia Post website, or by clicking on the link provided in the email. 

If you have not received your shipping confirmation or tracking number within 3-4 business days after placing your order, we ask that you please contact us by email to hello@veeore.com.au.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'. 

If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions. 

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

prices and payment

All prices on the Veeoré website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

The amount payable to Veeoré for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts: 

  • the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal); 
  • the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and thesum of any other fees which Bunjie levies from time to time and which you haveagreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees)

Returns

I would like to make changes to my order

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on products purchased. We will only provide a refund or replacement where a product is faulty, damaged during transit or where you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I change the delivery address for my order

If you wish to make any changes your order inclusive of delivery address, we advise you contact us urgently as our orders are fulfilled promptly after placement. 

We will do our best to help change your delivery address but we are unable to make anychanges to orders after they have been fulfilled. Please note Veeoré is not responsible forany mistakes made by customers during checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Sorry, but we are unable to accept returned orders for change of mind inclusive of purchases that have been made in error eg) accidentally ordering an item incorrectly.

I have received a faulty product, or the product was damaged during transit

Our products come with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including a guarantee that the products will be of acceptable quality when sold. 

In the unfortunate event that your order (or part of your order) has arrived faulty or damaged during transit, please notify our customer service team by email to hello@veeore.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt (“Return Period”) of any fault or damage in the delivered product(s) (“Rejection Notice”). You will be deemed to have accepted the delivered product(s) unless we receive a Rejection Notice from you within the 

Return Period. 

Your Rejection Notice must include the following details: 

Please note that we may request that the faulty or damaged product(s) is/are returned to us. If this is the case: 

We, acting reasonably, will determine whether we can offer you either a product replacement or a refund for any faulty or damaged product(s) in your order. We reserve the right to select which outcome (i.e. replacement or refund) best suits your circumstance. 

Any refund offered by us will be processed via the same method that you made payment of your order.

I have received my order but have changed my mind

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible. Our orders are swiftly processed and sent to the warehouse for picking and dispatch immediately after placement. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, it may not always be possible, especially during peak periods.
